We are happy to announce our newest Be First recipients, Gavin McClurg and Jody MacDonald. They are attempting to be the first to kiteboard, surf, stand up paddleboard and paraglide some of the most remote places on earth, which they will access by sail on their 60-foot catamaran—Discovery.

By Darin McQuoid I watched in disbelief as the empty kayak floated through a massive cataract and disappeared. Our team of five ventured onto the Homathko River in British Columbia ready for an expedition full of adventure. A rare journey down the Homathko takes four to five days by boat, or two weeks on foot.
